We just recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Piazza Honda of Reading.  We were treated very well and never felt that normal car dealer pressure.  After some fun negotiations we got the price that we thought was fair and purchased the car.  The dealer has committed and well trained associates and a very nice facility.  We would return when we need another new car.

"Excellent Buying Experience"

I drove 100 miles from New Jersey to this dealer for a 2005 BMW Z4.  The salesman, Josh Westendorp, stated over the phone that this Z4 will be as nice as I could find.  He didn't lie.  The car is in outstanding condition.  The buying process and negotiations were painless as Josh was both courteous and professional.  I've always been very wary of car dealers and I was truly impressed with this dealership and especially Josh.  I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 100 miles for my next car here.

My husband Roger and I have purchased Honda cars for many years.  I have owned one Accord and four CR-V's and my husband has had a Civic and a Ridgeline.  We are loyal Honda customers.  I am writing this letter to you to commend Abou and his excellent salesmanship. 

From my initial phone contact with Abou to finalizing of the sale. he was informative, helpful, friendly and concerned that we were well taken care of in every aspect of our association with Piazza Honda.  His follow through was exceptional.  After ordering the CR-V we had a waiting period to get the color I wanted.  He kept in contact with me to let me know the status.  He provided the car I wanted in the color I wanted.  We had , unfortunately, to rush when picking up the CR-V as we had a pressing appointment. Abou explained the various highlights of my new car and offered to have me come back at a later time to go over anything that I wanted in more detail.  He also called back several time (up to a year later) to check to see if I was well satisfied.  Abou Cassel is an asset to your dealership.  My husband and I agree that we have never dealt with a more professional and appealing salesperson.  I will return to Piazza Honda of Reading to see Abou when it is time for my next Honda and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know is looking for a new Honda!

My husband, Dave and I were searching for a vehicle over the past few months.  We test drive several different vehicles and considered buying a Hyundai Sonata from a nearby Hyundai dealer until we met Michael Cambardella.  On September 29th, we test drove a 2013 Honda Accord and an Acura ILX at Piazza Honda of Reading.  On October 1st we took delivery of a 2013 Honda Accord. 

1.) Michael took us on the best test drive in the business.
2.) Michael pointed out the features and overall quality of the Honda Accord and Acura ILX.
3.) Michael was very customer friendly and made sure that we would be happy with our choice.  He did not sell us a car just to sell it!
4.) He went the extra mile to get us a discount when we were told no discount was possible due to the newness of the vehicle.

"A Pleasure to deal with ... "

Just completed the buying process and had to pass on a few comments - Your online credit application process is a real time saver.  I think I actually broke a personal record for the least amount of time spent at a dealership to complete a deal!  I want everyone to know how hard Josh Westendorp worked to seal this deal.  He met every competitive offer at every juncture of our deal making most of the time without the slightest grimace!  Overall, a please to deal with!

Highly recommended service department.  I had my timing belt and water pump replaced.  It took a lot shorter time to complete than I thought.  The price was a bit lower than I thought as well!  I would allow anyone to go to this service center.

"Excellent Experience!!"

I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Rav4 from your Reading facility, the salesman was Abou.  I have had conversations with Abou and was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism.  I called Abou on Saturday, July 15th around noon, eager to seal the deal quoted a final price.  Since time was an issue and I was two hours away.  Abou patiently gave me a detailed breakdown of the final price then had Bob from finance talked with me about getting a better percentage rate.  Abou was scheduled to leave at 5:00pm, I arrived about 5:30pm.  Instantly, I was impressed with the dealership and the interaction between the other salesman and the customers.  Abou had greeted me and had organized all the paperwork with the SUV prepped ready to test drive; Abou and I took the Rav4 for a test drive going all the while going over the features.  Bob from finance had gotten me a better rate than previously approved from USAA.  Bob was thorough with all the figures and warranties with the process taking less than 25 minutes.  I was awe struck by every aspect your dealership had to offer I never once felt it was about selling a SUV, it was about the customer experience.  I felt compelled to compliment and thank them repeatedly, hands down this has been a very pleasurable experience well worth the trip.  You should be very proud of the caliber of people you have at your disposal, as I was showing the vehicle to my friends, I believe I spent more time complimenting my experience than I did about the car.

"Great Service Department!"

We purchased tires at the tire store, they were not able to balance them, so we went to Piazza Honda of Reading and they corrected a problem that was under warranty.  They found the problem and called us right away.  Piazza found out that one of the tires was defective, but the tire store didn't want to replace it.  I called Piazza Honda and they were able to talk to me and get me a new tire.

I was pleased with my March 1st service on my pilot. It was quick, the service reps were polite, and the price was certainly reasonable.  Which brings to mind a few things: your Express Service package has been a nice addition for me; it gives me some flexibility on receiving minor repair work without involving early morning appointments and shuttle runs to and from my workplace. Further, through long time use of your Service Department, I have come to expect and appreciate the fine quality of service I have received. One of the worst things for a car owner is to get a car out of the shop and discover soon after that the problem has been misdiagnosed or hasn't been repaired properly. Back in the shop. Thankfully, I have not experienced this with your group.  Oh, the wash job is always a nice touch.

"Great Experience "

I have been searching for a car for my wife for a few weeks now.  I traveled across the state to Altoona, and into New Jersey.  I would say that I have been to fifteen different dealerships.  I was surprised at the terrible service that we received.  I was very relieved when I walked into Piazza Honda of Reading.  We have dealt with the run-around, the ripoff, the lying salesman, etc with the other dealerships we have visited.  I met Brandon within two minutes of walking onto your lot, and he worked hard to make our buying experience perfect.  He was the only salesman to give me a return phone call after leaving any of the dealerships and we genuinely felt that he was honest and cared about making our car buying experience a good one.  Thanks again to Brandon and Piazza Honda.

"Piazza's Excellent Service"

Just wanted to let you know about your excellent service team and how well I am treated at Piazza.  I brought my daughter's 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid in for service about two weeks ago.  The Honda service person called to advise me that the car needed a few extra services and gave me a quote.  I agreed to the work and got a call a short time later that the car was ready for pick up.  When my husband and I came to pick the car up, the Honda service people were all busy with customers.  Jake walked over and said: "Hello, Christine, are you here to pick up your Honda?  I can help you."  He then got my bill.  He went over it with me and walked me to the cashier.  That is outstanding service.  Jake and your service department are a huge reason that I bought another Acura last year.  I simply couldn't look at any other make because Jake and your service team has taken such good care of my family over our years in Reading.  I also must say that I do love my TL.  Your service team is the best.

I've been a Piazza Honda customer for the past 5 years.  Other repair shops do a "so-so" work job.  I recently had a couple of issues with my Accord.  I decided to bring it in to get it checked out at Piazza Honda of Reading.  Jake Green, Service Advisor, took care of my situation. Jake has been very helpful, professional and made me feel as if I was as important as a customer who purchased a brand new Accord.  I believe he is a great asset to your company.  With customer service being so poor in many places, Jake went the extra mile in customer service.  I'm writing to say, you should be proud of having wonderful employees like, Jake Gree.  From now on, I will be allowing only Piazza Honda to service my vehicle.

"Thorough, Attentive, Fair Priced Service"

I was in Reading recently to go on vacation with my brother and his children who love there.  I live in Richmond, VA.  I had a couple of issues with my Honda CR-V so we dropped it off at Piazza for the week.  I cannot remember when I have had such thorough, attentive service at such a fair price.  Gayle Leinbach was my service rep and she kept me posted every step of the way, even though we were vacationing in New Jersey.  I only wish I lived in Reading so that I could have all my car care performed at Piazza.  I cannot say enough about the care and professionalism I received at your service department and I will be sure to try to time my service needs with my future visits north to my family in Reading.

"Professional & Friendly"

I purchased my first Honda vehicle yesterday at Piazza Honda, however, based on my experience with salesman, Jim Stratten and all the staff - I suspect it will not be my last.  Jim was curtious, professional and friendly in his approach.  We test drove two cars, and I decided on the Accord.  He quickly identified I was not interested in the typcial dealership "Let me check with my manager" routine, and presented me with a fair price right out of the gate.  Great job and buying experience - miles above my experiences earlier in the day at other dealerships!  Thanks to Jim and all the staff at Piazza Honda of Reading for your values in fair pricing and outstanding customer service!

"Great Service!"

Just before 11:00 am yesterday morning I walked into your service department and met Randy Spayd.  "Are you picking up your car?" he asked.  I replied: "I'm bringing you a problem." 

Driving home to Cleveland from Philadelphia on the Pa. Turnpike, my wife and I stopped at a plaza for coffee.  When we returned to our car it was suddenly dead.  No lights, no starter, nothing.  A nearby driver jumped the car and we headed for the nearest town: Reading. 

We've had Hondas for years and this one is a 2006 Civic with 47,000 miles.  We've dealt with some really good Honda dealers, and Piazza Honda of Reading, will definitely make the list.  Randy never missed a beat.  He told us he'd check it out, quoted a (reasonable!) price if a new battery was needed, and told us a lounge with TV and coffee was waiting for us.  This sounded pretty good considering we'd been standing on the roadside 400 miles from home barely 30 minutes before.  The car was in the shop in ten minutes and 40 minutes later (as promised) Randy was back with the key.  We rolled out of the driveway little more than an hour after we pulled in. 

If we lived near the Reading area, I know exactly where I'd buy my next car!  You guys did great!

"Postive Experience and Reliable Service"

We love our Acura RL!  Being a long time customer of Reading Acura/Honda in both sales and service our newest purchase was super exciting.  Having purchased many Hondas, moving up to the luxury vehicle of an Acura MDX and a TL we were excited to add an RL to the collection.
